Hey Everyone!
Week 3 is upon us! I am really sorry it has been so delayed getting this information out to you, hopefully no one is relying on me for their grocery shopping. If you are, I am terribly sorry and will take full credit of my offer to spend tomorrow morning going out for breakfast instead 😉
Anyhow, here is the latest meal plan, and grocery list for this week ahead! I am particularly excited about the dinner party I am hosting this thursday at my house, making the Sweet Potato and Black Bean Enchiladas with Avocado-Cilantro Cream Sauce (found on p. 147 of the Oh She Glows Cookbook) – thanks for all of you who voted!!

Lastly, I will be in the big city of Vancouver most of this week, so lots of my meals will be family/friends affairs… I will have lots of taste testers on hand.
