I cannot believe tomorrow is week 2!! I’m sorry to not send this earlier, to be honest I still have some grocery shopping to do for tomorrow! I have been feeling under the weather so have been slower than anticipated.  I can see now why people quit their jobs to do blogging full time! It’s a lot of work (but so so much fun)

Okay, so tomorrow I will post the last recipes to review, as well as an overall review of week 1: things I would change, things I would keep, top recipe of the week etc…

Enlight1Here is the list for next week! I’m particularly excited for this one because the majority of the recipes I haven’t made before – and I get burgers and pizza in one week! I’ll take it…

  2. No Nuts about it Granola (found in recipe bundle) and vegan kefir or berries
  3. Roasted Tomato Pizza
  4. Warm and Roasted Salad Bowl
  5. Classic Hummus (from cookbook)
  6. Lightened up Pecan Pumpkin Butter (from cookbook) and Buckwheat Crispies
  7. Ode to Toast (Hummus and Avocado)
  8. Thai Sweet Potato Burgers
  9. Flu Fighter Smoothie (from cookbook)
  10. Crowd Pleasing Caesar Salad with Balsamic Marinated Tempeh (from cookbook)
