So because I am doing a 30 day challenge, I have a couple last days after this week to wrap up my challenge! I am learning lots through this, and my next challenge will be slightly different to account for weeks and shopping. I cannot believe I am almost done!!
Instead of posting a full meal plan, I am going to simply list out the last few recipes I am going to attempt to make. I am a bit back logged on last week, as I overestimated how much food I will need for the week (I have an abundance of freezer meals to get through too, bonus!)
Breakfast:
- Overnight Oats (from cookbook) – A classic favourite!
Meals (all from cookbook):
- Chickpea Salad Sandwich
- Broccoli and Cashew Cheeze Burrito
Snack: Lara bars scheduled for week 4 (haven’t even gotten to those yet!)
