I’ve got some really exciting recipes lined up this week. Because I am a day late on posting it, I am also going to add to this post some planning to do for the week ahead. I have posted a meal plan, nutritional content and a grocery list for those who plan to follow along! I also will be highlighting some other friends who are following suit with the challenge on Instagram, and their own recipes they have picked. These are the recipes I am trying out this week:
BREAKFASTS

- Chakra Fruit Salad with Enlightened Tahini Sauce
- Raspberry Macadamia Thumbprint cookies (cookbook, page 109)
