I know we just started the Thug Kitchen 21 Day Challenge (Happy Day #3). However, I think it is important that you have enough time to look at next week’s recipes. That is why I have given them to you now. You can now be prepped and ready to go for week 2. If you follow along with me, this will start on Sunday. Following my Week 1 post, I post a free PDF each tuesday of the challenge which has the following weeks’ meal plan, grocery list and nutritional content. I make one full day’s worth of recipes in one week: a breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, drink and dessert. Next week I will announce a mini contest I will be hosting during the challenge, so stay tuned!
