You may be patiently awaiting your One Part Plant cookbook to arrive on February 21.  I am just too excited to start this challenge with everyone on Tuesday, so I decided to post the One Part Plant Week 1 E-Guide early (that way you can get the shopping at least out of the way!)

If you haven’t followed my challenges before, I will give you a run down on what it will look like.

E-guides

There will be three One Part Plant Week e-guides.  Each week will have it’s own guide for you to download.  The guides will be posted on the weekend prior.  These e-guides are packed with information.  I will list the seven recipes I plan to make (one for each day!), with page numbers. The One Part Plant Week 1 E-Guide also includes a grocery list for each recipe, nutritional content and prep day ideas.  Some of you like to ‘prep’ on the weekend for the week ahead.  This guide will give a few pointers to help you along.

These guides are meant to follow the cookbook.  I encourage you to purchase the cookbook in order to get the recipes! I want to promote the cookbooks and am not sponsored by the authors of the cookbooks, however I want to promote their work.  It is a lot of work to make a cookbook and I want to follow copyright laws.

Reviews

Each day,  you can find a review of the recipe I choose to make on Instagram and on the blog.  I keep the reviews short but full of useful information.  I even have grading criteria (I was in grad school after all!).  You can learn more about my reviews here.  This way, if you are wanting to try a recipe but are unsure how it will turn out, I can be the ‘tester’ for you.  My belly thanks you in advance!

Contests
