I am pleased to announce, finally, a new challenge with you: The Deliciously Ella Challenge!
This challenge will be running from Sunday April 3 – Saturday April 17.
If you haven’t heard of Deliciously Ella, she is a great blogger from the UK, who has done a ton in the field of holistic eating. All of her recipes are plant-based, gluten free and full of great ingredients. She has a blog, a cookbook (with a second one coming out) and a mobile app. I have been following her for years so thought she would be a no-brainer next challenge to do.
This challenge will be two weeks long. I will be eating exclusively from her blog, cookbook and app. I will be eating 10 meals per week: which includes 3 breakfasts, 4 lunches/dinners, 2 snacks and 1 dessert. I will be posting daily reviews of all of these recipes; here and on my instagram account. I will also be posting this friday, and the following friday, a free downloadable PDF which includes links to all of the recipes, along with meal plan suggestions, nutritional information, and a grocery list. I will also be posting ways to meal prep the day before.
